Ken served the public for their denture needs from his Concession Street clinic in Hamilton for over 40 years. During that time Ken also worked tirelessly to have denturists recognized in the dental health profession. He served as Treasurer, Vice-President, and President of the Denturist Association of Ontario as well as Vice-President of the College of Denturists. His dedication to the profession earned him a Fellowship in the Canadian Academy of Denturists.
Ken received his Denturist designation in 1973 and was licensed provincially in 1974. His extensive experience in dental laboratory procedures proved invaluable to his work as a Denturist.
Ken is now taking pleasure in his retirement from the practice. He spends his down-time enjoying life with his wife of 50 years, and time with his children, and grandchildren and every good book he can get his hands on.
Trish joined the Battell Denture Clinic family in 2002. She is the friendly voice you hear when calling the office and the first welcoming smile you'll see when you come in for your appointments.
Her kindness and warmth put patients immediately at ease and she takes great pride in making sure each patient feels welcome. As office manager, her role involves a little bit of everything: scheduling, co-ordinating and explaining treatment, claim processing, helping patients make financial arrangements and making sure that all patients are cared for. Her incredible organization skills keep daily tasks on schedule and our team running smoothly.
She is a proud mother to a daughter who, along with her husband of 30 years, enjoys spending time with extended family, walking their dog Taiko, gardening and entertaining.
