Dear Patients, Patient Relatives, Friends and Colleagues,
We understand the growing concern surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) as confirmed cases continue to spread across our communities. Our hearts and thoughts go out to all those who have been impacted. Battell Denture Clinic continually strives to provide the care and services you need, and to keep our patients, our colleagues, their families and our community healthy, safe, and informed.
We are pre-screening all visitors to our office for the Novel Coronavirus also called Covid-19.
We are passionate about the care we provide and as part of our regular operations, our office is cleaned and sanitized. Battell Denture Clinic continues to adhere to strict sterilization and disinfection practices using a disinfectant formulated to kill coronavirus, among other germs. We provide hand sanitizer for patients, patient relatives and staff to use.
Rest assured, that anyone who is not feeling well, we support them staying home. If you have recently travelled and/or are experiencing a new or worsening cough, shortness of breath and/or fever OR if you have been in close contact with someone who recently travelled and may have been exposed to Covid-19, the Novel Coronavirus, we would ask you to reschedule your appointment.
We will continue to refer to Health Canada, the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and other public health agencies to determine the safest course of action for everyone who visits the office.
We will be monitoring this situation and as it evolves modify our own standards and practices as recommended.
We remain open for business and are committed to providing outstanding care to you.
